Every employee begins their career with us by participating in our Safety Culture Awareness Program, an interactive training that includes real-world scenarios, videos, and direct engagement with our operational and safety leadership.
A key element of our safety commitment is Hazard Recognition. Before starting any task, employees take two minutes to assess risks by asking themselves:
✅ How will I perform my task?
✅ How can I be hurt performing my task?
✅ How can I perform the task safely?

Employee Safety
Redi Industrial employees participate in safety exercises to actively manage their safety and the safety of the other employees onsite.
Examples of the exercises completed daily are:
✅ SIF Prevention and STOP Work – Employees track and observe trends.
✅ Participation in Redi Industrial Safety Committees – Employees rotate into local safety committees where they track and record trends with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as well as complete an observations form based on target trends and hazard assessments.
✅ Performance Observations – All Redi Industrial Service employees participate in the performance observations process based on targeted trends and hazard assessments. The results are then used to identify and apply corrective actions to protect employees and the environment.
