General Foreman - Kemmerer, WY

Redi Services, LLC is seeking a General Foreman for our ExxonMobil operations at Shute Creek in Kemmerer, WY. This full-time leadership position will supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations for multiple disciplines inside the plant.

Requirements and duties include, but are not limited to:

• Strong Leadership, Management, and Constructive Team-Building skills required.
• Meticulous attention to Safety while Meeting/Exceeding client expectations.
• Must be able to facilitate and enhance communications within each crew and throughout the plant to promote a positive and productive culture.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers (Especially Microsoft Office and Excel) and superior people skills.
• Industrial Plant experience (Preferred).
