PLANT OPERATOR – Excellent Career Opportunity!

Redi Services is hiring a Plant Operator for our operations at the ExxonMobil Shute Creek Facility near Kemmerer, Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and operations of associated facilities.
• Operate hand tools and related equipment to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot production equipment and unit problems.
• Read and understand facility flow and instrument drawings.
• Isolate equipment for inspection, preventative maintenance, and repairs
• Perform to highest safety standards, including reporting all incidents and discrepancies.
• Plan daily work activities in accordance with established facility guidelines
• Attend and complete required training courses.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate (read, write, and speak English) effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent safe work ethic.
• Able to work in small, confined spaces.
• Must be willing and able to work in small team environments.
• Must be willing and able to work at Wyoming Operations locations, both indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures (sometimes extreme cold)
• Must possess a valid driver license and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Must have at least 2+ years prior experience with duties/responsibilities named.
• Experience in plant operations a must (i.e., water treatment, oil & gas, chemical, etc.)

Schedule: 7 on / 7 off; 12-hour alternating shifts

Pay is $50.00 per hour and $125 per day.
