Area Manager - Pocatello, Idaho

Redi Services, LLC is looking to fill a role for a Fulltime Area Manager at Pocatello, Idaho location. Redi Services, LLC was founded in 1982. and provides excellence in Safety and Industrial Service for our clients.

Job Duties are including but not limited to:

· Scheduling and attending meetings with potential clients.

· Excellent verbal, mathematical, and communication skills are a must.

· A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products is essential.

· Ensuring that a positive image of the company is maintained by customers, employees, and the public.

· Ensuring that the assets of Redi Services, LLC are adequately protected.

· Knowledge of Civil Piping, Insulation, and Construction is needed.

· Ensure the company functions productively and efficiently as an organization maintaining high morale and safe working conditions for all employees.

· Authorizing purchase of materials and supplies as per the Contract and Procurement process.

· Estimate and Bid approval per the Procurement Process.

· Overseeing the coordination of document control: paper flow processes, records maintenance, and systems analysis for management and improvement areas in assigned region.

· Establishing and maintaining a QA/QC program for assigned region.

· Hire employees as per the Hiring policies.

· Ensures that company policies and procedures are strictly enforced correctly, fairly, and consistently.

· Ensures that Disciplinary Action instances are handled in accordance with Company Policy and Procedure.

· Attend regular meetings with the Regional Director to discuss issues / areas needing improvement and ways to achieve desired results. Perform any other duties in the best interest of the company, or as may be assigned by the Regional Director.
