Note From Jay Anderson
I wanted to share the attached letter from one of our largest clients. We were obviously touched by the response and wanted to share this with our friends of Redi as we think it is very special.
As you know we at Redi recently formalized our stop work authority policy by placing the elements of the policy on a laminated credit-card sized card. Among other things the card empowers our employees who in good faith feel concerns about the safety of a task. We believe that our efforts reflect an innovative and proactive efforts by Redi to communicate our support of employees and just how strong we feel about safety. ExxonMobil was gracious enough to respond to our initiative by sending the attached letter.
