Your Safety is Our Top Priority | In Response to COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers and Associates:

As a valued part of the Redi Services family, Redi appreciates the trust you place in us and our people wherever we do business together. Like many companies around the world we are monitoring the COVID-19 or coronavirus situation. I thought it would be helpful to provide an update on how we are handling the situation at Redi Services.

Safety has always been and will continue to be our most fundamental operating principle. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, we have taken the following steps to address COVID- 19:

  • We are asking any employees (including any sub-contractor personnel) experiencing the following symptoms within the last 24- hours prior to visiting a client location to stay home and consult with their doctor and with us;
  • Symptoms include: cold or flu, fever, severe or persistent cough, difficulty or trouble breathing, or chest pain.
  • Through our benefits package, Redi employees have access to contact doctors 24 hours a day, 7 days week by calling Healthiest You at: 866-703-1259 or www.member.healthiestyou.com or by downloading an app. Redi encourages all employees to use this service to help prevent the spread of disease, which can occur by going to urgent care centers and doctor’s offices. If you are on our health insurance plan, this service is FREE for you to use. If not enrolled in our Health Insurance plan, there is a fee of $45.00 per consultation. However, this fee is much lower than most visits to a doctor’s office or urgent care.
  • Employees that may need to miss work can refer to Redi’s Employee Portal to review information about Paid Time Off (PTO) and Medical Leave.
  • We have adopted a “no hand-shake policy”;
  • We have limited business travel to only that which is essential to operating our business,
  • and we request that you conduct meetings by phone or video whenever possible;
  • Employees who have traveled for business or personal reasons to any high-risk coronavirus area, have had family members who have done so, and who have been in proximity to anyone suspected of having or confirmed with the virus within the last 14
  • days, are encouraged to self-isolate at home for 14 days;
  • We have communicated with our suppliers and partners these policies and asked them to apply similar guidance to their employees who might visit Redi Services’ offices or temporary job site trailers.

If you are visiting Redi Services, we welcome you to our locations. Thank you for joining our “no hand-shake” environment. We also thank you for understanding that our employees may not attend previously scheduled meetings (large gatherings) or events during this rapidly evolving situation.

As a leading support services company, we are committed to honoring our existing customer relationships. We will, therefore, be placing priority on regular customers in an effort to minimize the impacts from demand experienced by our key suppliers.

Lead times for specific work orders that may be impacted by labor shortages will be communicated as soon as Redi is aware of the shortage. We will provide substitute labor wherever possible.

Redi Services is proud of our service delivery of portable toilets, and we take great pride in the cleanliness of our portable toilets. With COVID-19 concerns on the forefront of everyone’s mind we have undertaken great efforts to ensure that our service technicians take the necessary time to sanitize the toilets. We are working with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of toilet paper and hand sanitizer. As an alternative to hand sanitizers, Redi has hand-wash stations available. Normally hand-wash stations are not staged during winter months in locations that get below freezing temperatures, but if your field teams have a means to keep water flowing, then we would invite you to utilize these stations while supplies last.

While some of these precautionary measures may seem inconvenient, they are being taken out of an abundance of caution to keep everyone safe. It is presently unclear how long these restrictions will remain in place, but we will continue to communicate regularly as the situation evolves. Thank you, once again, for your understanding and commitment during this challenging time. Should you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to safety@rediusa.com or contact your Redi Services primary contact.

Lastly, as our team members visit your locations to perform work, please let us know if there any specific unique instructions or policies your company may have put in place for COVID-19 so that we can be best prepared to cooperate with your employees and policies.

Sincerely,

Jay Anderson

Business Owner/CFO
