At Redi, Craig started as the Western Colorado Area Manager and played a pivotal role in expanding operations to Rifle, Platteville, and Craig, CO, and Rock Springs, WY. As General Director of Operations, Craig is recognized for his hands-on management style and dedication to safety, innovation, and collaboration.

With over two decades of financial leadership experience across private equity-backed and founder-led companies, Robert Burnett brings strategic discipline and steady guidance to his role as CFO of Redi. His career spans industries including industrial services, manufacturing, and construction, with a consistent focus on driving financial health and scalable growth. Ross Meeks began his career with Redi 19 years ago as a licensed electrician. After transitioning into management, Ross oversaw Redi’s electrical department, then took charge of the ExxonMobil and Monsanto/Bayer maintenance contracts. He is now Regional Director of Maintenance, utilizing his extensive experience to ensure operational success.

Calvin Holt, a Utah State University economics graduate, joined Redi’s operations group and quickly rose through the ranks due to his leadership and operational efficiency. As Regional Director, he oversees operations in Colorado, driving growth and ensuring Redi’s high standard of service is met for every client. Calvin’s strategic vision and commitment to excellence make him an integral part of the Redi team.

Coming from a multi-generation ranching and construction background, Justin Aimone officially joined Redi in 2008 as the Mechanical Department Manager. He has since held many roles including Director of Estimating and Projects and Procurement and Contracts Director. Known for his hard work, integrity, and attention to detail, Justin is committed to delivering exceptional service to both Redi and its clients.

Bruce Gibson has been with Redi since 1989, starting as a mechanic when the company had just eight trucks. Over 35 years, he has grown into managing a fleet of over 750 units and six shops with 15 mechanics each. Bruce’s deep understanding of fleet maintenance, equipment needs, and DOT compliance has been invaluable to Redi’s success.

Tracy Richards, Redi’s Payroll & Benefits Director, has been with the company for over 11 years, also playing a key role in the development of the Safety and Human Resources departments. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Secondary Education and served the community for seven years as a high school teacher. Tracy combines her teaching experience and HR expertise to excel in her current role.

Rory brings a disciplined, values-driven approach to safety, shaped by his early service in the Army National Guard and years supporting high-risk construction environments in oil and gas, mining, and heavy industry. Irina Stoddard, CPA brings over 20 years of accounting and financial leadership to her role as Director of Accounting at Redi. Previously, she oversaw North American finance operations at Normet Group, handling budgeting, reporting, compliance (US GAAP & IFRS), and team leadership. Irina also held senior controller roles at Conduent and Xerox and began her career in audit at CBIZ. A Utah CPA since 2008 and fluent in Russian, she fortifies Redi’s financial clarity, process efficiency, and growth.
