Gary Condos is a lifelong resident of Southwest Wyoming, born in Evanston, Wyoming and at a young age moved to Kemmerer, Wyoming. It was in Kemmerer that Gary learned the importance of a strong work ethic, from shoveling the walkways in the town center to beginning his electrical apprenticeship. His father told him from a young age that he was meant to be an entrepreneur and always encouraged him to be self-employed.
Gary’s entrepreneurial spirit has helped to push him to excel in all his endeavors. To this day, he continues to advise, “Do not shrink your dreams.”
Gary became an electrical journeyman at the age of 19 and began his first electrical business at the age of 23 in 1982. Continuing self-employment, Gary acquired Redi Services in 2005. At that time, Redi, located in Lyman, Wyoming, offered a few services including Hydrovac, Painting, and Insulation, with the majority of the work focused in the oil and gas industry.
Fast forward 16 years and the company has grown in all industries and added many service lines, including electrical, civil, facility and pipeline construction, trucking, sanitation, hydro blasting, nitrogen pumping, and many others. Redi has established locations in 5 states and has ongoing projects in many states across the country. Gary has developed a powerful safety culture and believes that everyone should return home safe every single day.
Gary has always empowered his employees to become successful. One of his guiding mantras has always been, “Help enough people get what they want, and you will get what you want.”

Craig Abernathy has over 30 years of experience in the oil, gas, and mining industries, beginning his career in 1991 in Western Wyoming. Before joining Redi Services in 2008, he held key leadership roles, including Western Colorado Area Manager for First Energy Services and Operations Manager for Aspen Earthmoving. At Redi, Craig started as the Western Colorado Area Manager and played a pivotal role in expanding operations to Rifle, Platteville, and Craig, CO, and Rock Springs, WY. As General Director of Operations, Craig is recognized for his hands-on management style and dedication to safety, innovation, and collaboration.

Ryan Matthews is the General Director of Compliance at Redi, overseeing safety, procurement, quality control, and logistics. Previously, Ryan served as Regional Director of Maintenance Contracts, managing over 150 employees across various sectors, and as Wyoming Area Manager, overseeing five operational groups. In his free time, he enjoys carpentry, woodworking, and spending time outdoors with his wife and four daughters.

After transitioning into management, Ross oversaw Redi’s electrical department, then took charge of the ExxonMobil and Monsanto/Bayer maintenance contracts. He is now Regional Director of Maintenance, utilizing his extensive experience to ensure operational success.

His expertise spans the construction, industrial, petrochemical, pipeline, and oil & gas well industries, both onshore and offshore. Chris is a highly motivated team player known for his leadership and motivational skills, with extensive experience managing day-to-day operations for multinational companies.

Malinda Sweat, Redi’s HSE Director, holds a BS in Business Administration and has over 25 years of experience in risk management. She has developed numerous occupational safety and loss prevention programs and is dedicated to enhancing Redi’s already strong safety culture. A member of the Utah Safety Council Women in Safety Organization and NAWIC, Malinda joined Redi in 2024 to further advance safety initiatives.
