With over 20 years of experience in the industrial sector, Kyle Condos has risen through the ranks at Redi to become the Chief Operating Officer. His electrical background provides a strong foundation for his leadership, driving efficiency and innovation across operations. Kyle’s passion for the industry and his team-oriented approach make him an essential asset to Redi’s growth.

With over 15 years of experience at Redi, Garrett Condos has excelled in project management and departmental leadership. Now serving as Chief Sales Officer, he combines his knowledge of sales strategy and operations to drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and build strong client relationships. Garrett’s dedication to excellence and innovation, along with his focus on team success, makes him a valuable asset to Redi.

Shamel Costandy is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with over 30 years of national and international experience. Starting his career with a Big 4 audit firm, Shamel now leads Redi’s Finance team, bringing a wealth of financial expertise to the company.

Craig Abernathy has over 30 years of experience in the oil, gas, and mining industries, beginning his career in 1991 in Western Wyoming. Before joining Redi Services in 2008, he held key leadership roles, including Western Colorado Area Manager for First Energy Services and Operations Manager for Aspen Earthmoving. At Redi, Craig started as the Western Colorado Area Manager and played a pivotal role in expanding operations to Rifle, Platteville, and Craig, CO, and Rock Springs, WY. As General Director of Operations, Craig is recognized for his hands-on management style and dedication to safety, innovation, and collaboration.

Ryan Matthews is the General Director of Compliance at Redi, overseeing safety, procurement, quality control, and logistics. Previously, Ryan served as Regional Director of Maintenance Contracts, managing over 150 employees across various sectors, and as Wyoming Area Manager, overseeing five operational groups. In his free time, he enjoys carpentry, woodworking, and spending time outdoors with his wife and four daughters.

Cody Austin has been an integral part of the Redi team for over 13 years, specializing in the industrial cleaning sector. With 13 years of management experience in the industrial cleaning industry, his extensive expertise and dedication to excellence have made him a key contributor in delivering high-quality services to clients and driving operational success.

With 16 years of industry experience, Tony Weaver has progressed from field roles to management at Redi. His deep knowledge of construction and commitment to fostering a collaborative environment drive the team’s success. Tony is dedicated to excellence in every project and continues to innovate within the company.

Ross Meeks began his career with Redi 19 years ago as a licensed electrician. After transitioning into management, Ross oversaw Redi’s electrical department, then took charge of the ExxonMobil and Monsanto/Bayer maintenance contracts. He is now Regional Director of Maintenance, utilizing his extensive experience to ensure operational success.

Calvin Holt, a Utah State University economics graduate, joined Redi’s operations group and quickly rose through the ranks due to his leadership and operational efficiency. As Regional Director, he oversees operations in Colorado, driving growth and ensuring Redi’s high standard of service is met for every client. Calvin’s strategic vision and commitment to excellence make him an integral part of the Redi team.

With over 32 years of international and domestic experience, Chris Kellum excels in all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, estimation, cost controls, accounting, quality assurance/control, site management, direct supervision, and safety management. His expertise spans the construction, industrial, petrochemical, pipeline, and oil & gas well industries, both onshore and offshore. Chris is a highly motivated team player known for his leadership and motivational skills, with extensive experience managing day-to-day operations for multinational companies.

Coming from a multi-generation ranching and construction background, Justin Aimone officially joined Redi in 2008 as the Mechanical Department Manager. He has since held many roles including Director of Estimating and Projects and Procurement and Contracts Director. Known for his hard work, integrity, and attention to detail, Justin is committed to delivering exceptional service to both Redi and its clients.

Bruce Gibson has been with Redi since 1989, starting as a mechanic when the company had just eight trucks. Over 35 years, he has grown into managing a fleet of over 750 units and six shops with 15 mechanics each. Bruce’s deep understanding of fleet maintenance, equipment needs, and DOT compliance has been invaluable to Redi’s success.

Tracy Richards, Redi’s Payroll & Benefits Director, has been with the company for over 11 years, also playing a key role in the development of the Safety and Human Resources departments. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Secondary Education and served the community for seven years as a high school teacher. Tracy combines her teaching experience and HR expertise to excel in her current role.

Clyde Kofoed, with over 35 years of industry experience, has been a key player at Redi since 2005. He has successfully expanded operations into Colorado, Nevada, Texas, North Dakota, and Utah, driving revenue growth and increasing brand presence. Clyde’s background in operations management and business development, particularly in the oil and gas, mining, and industrial markets, greatly fuels Redi’s overall success.

Malinda Sweat, Redi’s HSE Director, holds a BS in Business Administration and has over 25 years of experience in risk management. She has developed numerous occupational safety and loss prevention programs and is dedicated to enhancing Redi’s already strong safety culture. A member of the Utah Safety Council Women in Safety Organization and NAWIC, Malinda joined Redi in 2024 to further advance safety initiatives.

Brett Everill is a Human Resources executive with 10 years of experience in HR leadership and strategy. He believes that culture motivates people, and that people make a company exceptional, making the building and maintenance of a strong company culture his primary focus. Brett proactively fosters strong cross-functional relationships, effectively manages in fast-paced environments, and minimizes risk. Recognized for developing practical solutions that improve processes, optimize performance, and enhance the employee experience, he is an influential team leader known for motivational coaching while building people and culture. With a proven track record of optimizing systems to deliver best-in-class HR operations, Brett also possesses expertise in maximizing HR resources to align with business requirements.
