  • Tailgate safety meetings
  • Monthly safety newsletters distributed to all employees
  • Bilingual safety training and materials in Spanish and English for all employees
  • Behavior based safety observations
  • Near miss and hazard identification reporting program
  • Frequent field/facility visits made by our Safety Director,
  • Safety Specialists, and Safety Coordinators
  • New employee orientations that stress safe operating practices and the firm’s high safety expectations
  • Share learning throughout the entire company on best safety practices
  • In-house safety training, H2S, respiratory protection, and confined space entry
