Email us your best, safest photos and we’ll award 1 winner per office per month to win $50, get featured on social media, and show the rest of Redi what doing it the right way looks like.

We’re looking for photos that show:

• Office wins, field victories, or team celebrations

  Snap your work in action—welding, pouring concrete, maintaining a site, loading a truck.
• Who are you with?
  Get a group shot of your crew, your team lead, or your new people.
• How are you helping?
  Show someone lending a hand, solving a problem, or going the extra mile.
• What are you eating?
  Lunch break photos welcome—bonus points for crew-wide shots or meals together.
• Where did you go?
  Capture the environment—mountains, mines, refineries, basements, rooftops, or remote roads.
• What did you see?
  Unique jobsite angles, cool machinery, or Redi gear out in the wild.
• Who did you help?
  Show moments of support, training, or teamwork.
• Who helped you?
  Spotlight someone who made your day better or taught you something.
• What’s your advice?
  Pair a picture with a quick tip for doing the job right or staying safe.

To keep things safe and brand-ready:

• 📍 Open to all Redi employees — field & office
• 🦺 Photos must be safety compliant (HSE/OSHA rules apply)
• 🚫 No customer logos or competitor branding (on hats, jackets, etc.)
• 📅 Submit anytime — winners picked monthly
• 💰 $50 Paylocity reward for one winner per office, every month
• 📲 Must be following @rediservices on Instagram
• 🔄 Check Instagram monthly for rotating themes
