Anvil Corporation Acquires Redi Engineering Services, LLC

Bellingham, WA.  Anvil Corporation has acquired the business of Redi Engineering Services, LLC of Denver and formed Redi Anvil, LLC, a subsidiary of Anvil.  This acquisition strengthens Redi Engineering’s experience providing Upstream and Midstream engineering and project management services with Anvil Corporation’s Oil & Gas experience.

Anvil provides full service engineering, procurement, project management and consulting services to the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream markets.
