April 2016 Lyman Safety Meeting
During April’s safety meeting Bruce Gibson, Redi’s Fleet Maintenance Manager, talked about the company’s great improvements with DOT compliance. The company’s CSA percentages have improved due to employee commitment to doing the right things while operating Commercial Motor Vehicles. Tracy Richard, Redi’s HR Director, covered the health moment and provided valuable information on quitting smoking. Lance Norris, Redi’s HSE Director, covered the monthly safety meeting topic: Heavy Equipment Operations. At the conclusion of the safety meeting Redi’s CFO, Jay Anderson, honored a commitment he had made in January. During the January safety meeting Jay said if the company went the entire 1st quarter without an OSHA Recordable incident then he would shave his head. Not sure yet what he will do to top this in the 2nd quarter.
On April 18, 2016 Redi Services was recognized by Gary Gomez from the Wyoming State Mine Inspector’s office for working 22,811 hours on Wyoming mine sites without a lost-time accident.
