Lance Norris Silver Beaver Recipient Boys Scouts of America

To our Redi team members and Friends of Redi:

This is a huge, significant and noteworthy achievement that speaks highly of Lance’s commitment to his community and the youth of our area.

Lance is the safety director for Redi.  In his spare time Lance has made a significant contribution to the scouting program and progress in Southwest Wyoming.  The Silver Beaver Award is the council-level distinguished service award of the Boy Scouts of America. Recipients of this award are registered adult leaders who have made an impact on the lives of youth through service given to the council. The Silver Beaver is an award given to those who implement the Scouting program and perform community service through hard work, self-sacrifice, dedication, and many years of service. It is given to those who do not actively seek it.  This is an  award that is limited to just a handful of adults who have made a committed effort for an extended period of time in promoting and enhancing the Boy Scouting effort in their communities.

We wish to acknowledge Lance with the major recognition given him.  Please feel free to convey your congratulations to Lance.

Way to go Lance!
