2018 Holiday Safety Initiative

Historically, here at Redi, and throughout the industries where Redi performs work, the fourth quarter has been challenged by injuries and property damages. Incident rates trend higher in the fourth quarter than in any other quarter of the year. To curb this trend, for more than 10 years now, Redi has put together a Holiday Safety Initiative. Each year the initiative looks a little different, but the objective to have an INCIDENT FREE FOURTH QUARTER, has always remained the same. Each initiative focuses on heightening our safety awareness during the busy holiday months.

This year Redi’s 2018 Holiday Safety Initiative: From the Heart, invites our valued team members to talk about safety with their families. At Redi this year we are asking our employees to have their kids, grandkids, nieces or nephews draw and submit pictures to include in a calendar. Redi will then publish a 2019 Safety Calendar and distribute to each of our team members to enjoy in the coming year. The artists of the 12 pictures that Redi selects for the 2019 Safety Calendar will each win a $200 gift card. Additionally, Redi is encouraging each employee to write a Safety Slogan. The authors of the 12 selected Safety Slogans will each receive a $50 gift card.
