Recognition of Justin Kaiser
To the Redi team:
I want to acknowledge the exceptional accomplishment of our Justin Kaiser in passing the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
As you know, Justin is our Human Resources (HR) director. His many tasks encompass a wide variety of HR activities, from dealing with our health insurance, to ensuring compliance in our hiring processes, to dealing with personnel matters. He is an absolute Rock Star in his job deployment, and Redi is the much better off having him on our team.
Recently Justin undertook the arduous effort to prepare and then take the SPHR certification examine. This is no easy task: a three hour timed test covering a complex and comprehensive body of HR laws, standards, and principles. Justin was successful in passing the test. This is a very worthy achievement for Justin and correspondingly this speaks well of our company.
